Although useful in many applications where reusability is not required, The Corona
was explicitly designed for use in the automobile industry as it is able to
withstand the harsh industrial painting process and can withstand high temperatures
and physical stress. This RFID tag is typically attached to the chassis at the
beginning of manufacturing process and continues its correct function through the
entire car production sequence.
The Cruiser's design enables it endure high pressure and heat such as encountered
during the tire building process. The RFID tag, applied to the inside of the tire,
provides a 3 - 4 meter read range and allows for wireless tracking while the tires
are produced and handled in the supply chain.
The reliable and cost effective Pino is suitable for tracking wooden items such as
wooden pallets or timber. Its larger memory allows the user to track specific
additional information. This reusable tag is also designed to undergo harsh
conditions.
